The Andalusia Whiskey Club gives members access to experimental and limited-production bottles selected from the distillery’s rickhouse. New releases are offered quarterly, with release parties held in March, June, September, and December. Because each quarter features a different whiskey, details such as grain composition, age, barrel finish, and proof vary by release. Planned club bottlings have included concepts such as Maui Stryker, six-year American single malt, wheat whiskey, light whiskey, double-chocolate malt, Austin Beerworks Megaflora whiskey, and Applejack-finished American single malt. These are planned examples rather than a guaranteed release schedule.

The one-bottle membership includes one exclusive whiskey each quarter and four release-party tickets. The two-bottle membership includes two different quarterly whiskeys, four release-party tickets, and additional initial-pickup merchandise. Members may also add a bottle of an Andalusia spirit, usually a non-whiskey release, for $29 per quarter. Membership prices are charged quarterly and may change over time. Individual club bottles do not have a consistent retail or secondary-market value because every release has different specifications and availability.
Release Profile
The flavor profile changes with each quarterly selection. Releases may explore traditional malt sweetness, Texas hardwood smoke, peat, dark chocolate, wheat, mature oak, unusual grain recipes, or finishes in wine, brandy, Applejack, and other specialty casks. These bottles are designed to showcase experimental recipes and distinctive barrels that fall outside Andalusia's regular production lineup.
