Aberlour White Oak Millésimé is a vintage-dated regional expression created to showcase a different side of the Aberlour house style. Rather than combining American oak with sherry casks, it is matured exclusively in American white-oak casks previously used for bourbon. This produces a lighter, creamier profile centered on citrus, caramel, vanilla, honey, and fresh fruit.
The official edition was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2020 after approximately ten years of maturation. Because White Oak is released as a millésimé, later bottlings may carry different distillation and bottling years while retaining the same American white-oak focus.
