Aberlour 18 Year Old 2007 Vintage
Aberlour 18 Year Old 2007 Vintage
Aberlour 18-Year-Old 2007 Vintage is an extremely limited Speyside single malt matured exclusively in a first-fill American oak barrel for 18 years. Unlike Aberlour’s standard 18-year-old, which emphasizes sherry-cask influence, this release focuses on the vanilla, fresh fruit, coconut, caramel, and toasted-oak character produced by American oak.

Limited Data
A publicly stated ballot price could not be reliably verified. Based on the pricing of Aberlour’s standard 18-year-old expression and comparable limited, cask-strength 18-year-old single-cask releases, the estimated MSRP is approximately £199.99 for a 700 mL bottle. Approximately £180 to £230 represents a reasonable initial buying range. Just over 400 bottles were released, but dependable auction and private-sale results remain too limited to establish a consistent secondary-market value.
Flavor Profile
A powerful and fruit-forward Speyside single malt opening with ripe nectarines, blackcurrant jam, juicy orange, red apple, vanilla crème brûlée, raisin fudge, cinnamon, and toasted hazelnuts. The palate develops fresh peach, mango, Seville orange, syrupy caramel, creamy vanilla, coconut, toasted oak, peppery spice, fresh ginger, and hints of lemongrass. The finish is long, sweet, spicy, and complex, leaving tropical fruit, caramel, vanilla, coconut, warming ginger, and seasoned American oak.
