Flavor Profile
A rich and oak-driven Speyside single malt opening with
ripe strawberry, rhubarb tart, poached pear, baked apple,
marzipan, caramel, and toasted French oak. The palate
develops coconut oil, almond paste, cooked orchard fruit,
dark chocolate, cinnamon, clove, vanilla, and warming oak
spice. The finish is long, firm, and gently drying,
leaving sweet cinnamon, marzipan, caramelized fruit,
toasted nuts, pepper, and lingering Limousin-oak tannins.
