No Consistent Premium
Aberlour Casg Annamh launched at approximately $70 per
bottle. Current international retailer listings generally
fall between approximately $61 and $73 for a 700 mL
bottle, although U.S. pricing may be higher because of
distribution and import costs. Approximately $60 to $80
represents a fair buying range. Current batches do not
normally command a consistent secondary-market premium,
although older or less common batch numbers may sell for
slightly more.
Flavor Profile
A rich and fruit-forward Speyside single malt opening
with tangy orange, glazed cherries, raisins, ginger, and
warm sherry aromas. The palate develops baked apple,
ripe peach, cinnamon, caramel, dried fruit, spicy
licorice, and clove. The finish is long, smooth, and
gently drying, leaving sweet orchard fruit, Oloroso
sherry, cinnamon, seasoned oak, and lingering spice.
Flavor intensity can vary slightly between numbered
batches.
