Flavor Profile

A rich and powerful sherry-cask single malt opening with raisins, caramel, toasted nuts, vanilla, and seasoned oak. The palate develops dark chocolate, dried fruit, concentrated sherry, firm tannins, and a restrained touch of toasted oak smoke. The finish is persistent and gently smoky, leaving honey, cinnamon, dark fruit, spice, and drying oak.
