The malt-and-grain blend is matured for two years in American white-oak casks previously used for shochu, transferred to ex-bourbon barrels and then finished for one year in ex-sherry casks. Bottled at 80 proof, it offers a smooth, fruit-forward profile featuring vanilla, honey, apricot, dried fruit, warm oak and salted caramel, followed by a gently saline finish.
